Ayurvedic Habits

  • Keep healthy habits and your life will be more fruitful.
  • Go to sleep early, round 9 or 10 pm is fine.
  • Try to eat your last meal earlier around 6 pm.
  • Fast at least once a week to allow the digestive system to rest.
  • Take care to know when a new habit is forming.
  • Know what you're thinking about at all times.
  • Try to abstain from having too much sex.
  • Contemplate your thoughts and actions.
  • Don't talk too much until you are tired.
  • Spend some time in silence.
  • Try to eat twice a day.
  • Read spiritual books.
